By accessing and using Aeronode's lead generation platform and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Aeronode provides an AI-powered lead generation platform that helps businesses discover, qualify, and convert prospects into customers through automated lead discovery, social media advertising, and multi-channel campaign management.

Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Lead discovery and qualification
  • Social media advertising automation
  • Multi-channel campaign management
  • Analytics and reporting tools
  • Customer support and consultation

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Aeronode operates on a performance-based pricing model where clients pay per qualified lead that meets their specified criteria. Pricing ranges from $40 to $60 per qualified lead, depending on the advertising channel and lead quality requirements.

Payment terms:

  • Charges apply only for leads that pass qualification criteria
  • Monthly billing for qualified leads delivered
  • 14-day free trial available for new customers
  • Refunds may be provided for leads that do not meet agreed specifications

4. User Responsibilities

Users of Aeronode services agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use the service for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
  • Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Data Usage and Lead Quality

Aeronode commits to providing high-quality leads that meet client specifications. Lead qualification criteria include:

  • Demonstrated interest in client's products or services
  • Compliance with targeting parameters set by client
  • Adherence to data protection and privacy regulations

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Aeronode's platform are owned by Aeronode and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Aeronode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all rights and obligations shall cease, except for payment obligations for services already rendered.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
